Waffling On

A little bit about us. Im Alex, the owner of Waffling0n which is based in carlisle, cumbria. 

I have been a chef over 15 years, but i have always dreamed of owning my own business and in 2024 that dream became a reality, and the timing was right, i secured my own vintage horse box. which required some work but with the help of wonderful family and friends it has now been completely restored and converted into a mobile waffle trailer.

I have always been passionate about providing delicious, homemade food for my friends, family and customers to enjoy and ultimately provide something unique and we certainly have been able to do this. 

In the past ive had the honour of working in some fantastic local businesses. with some fantastic kitchen gardens so i like to use all fresh products, and sourcing local ingredients. We use Warwick corn mill for our flour which is a independent business less then 5 miles away. 

We strive on our family orientated approach with friendly service and we will always have a smile and a laugh

As the business expands into 2025 i am looking forward to travelling to different locations and spreading my passion for waffles with others. So far we have had some truly amazing feedback which makes all the hard working getting to this point worth it. None of this would have been possible with out our customers and I cannot thank you enough.
